Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its pros and cons. The rooms were clean and basic with a not-so-pleasant odor that needed some getting used to, but they did offer a fantastic view of the square and the mountains. The location was excellent, right off the main plaza making it convenient for exploring the area, although the dining experience had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, but the facilities could benefit from easier access to the upper floors.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms offered incredible views of both the mountain and town, they were clean, well-lit, and very comfortable. A spacious main room with a double and a single bed, along with a cool loft featuring a double bed, matched the pictures accurately. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ready to assist with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even offering a free shuttle service. The location, just off the main square and close to the train station and Machu Picchu bus stop, was truly convenient, although the area seemed quite tourist-dense compared to other locations. Dining provided complete and delicious meals, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking, with a great selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately, the lack of steam trays meant the food was mostly cold. Overall, the hotel was a great choice with value for money, offering fantastic facilities and a pleasant ambiance.
